The project local managers - Arevik Ashkharoyan (Armenia), Salome Maghlakelidze (Georgia) and Iryna Lepska (Ukraine) spent a 5-day internship in Sofia, hosted
by the project lead organization Next Page Foundation, from 11th to 15th December 2013, supported by the Book Platform project.
The topic of cultural leadership was added to answer the pressing need for better skills in LPs regarding strategic development, planning, budgeting, presentation skills, team communication, etc.
